You may pay using a credit or debit card from many of the major payment methods, including VISA, Mastercard and Discover. We also offer the option to use express checkout and pay using your PayPal account, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
When you are finished adding your products to your cart, simply click the cart, then click checkout. Here you will have the option of using Apple Pay or Google Pay.
You are NOT required to pay using PayPal, Google Pay or Apple Pay.
If you are paying by credit or debit card, you may scroll down and enter your information, including your phone number, name and address, then click "Continue to shipping".
You will now select your method of shipping, then click "Continue to payment".
Here you will enter your payment details.
Credit / Debit Card
If you are paying by credit or debit card, keep "Credit Card" selected, fill in your card details. You will now select whether you want the billing address to match the shipping address, then click "Complete order".
PayPal
If you are paying using your PayPal account, click "PayPal", then select whether you want the billing address to match the shipping address. You will now click "Complete order" and be redirected to the PayPal page where you will enter your details.
Once you complete your order after selecting the "PayPal" payment method, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page where you will enter your details.
All orders before 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time will ship the same day the order is placed.
Arrival times vary depending on which shipping method you choose at checkout, however most orders typically arrive between 2-4 business days after shipping.
After your order is placed, it is pulled, packaged, labeled and scanned for carrier pickup.
Once your order is scanned in to be picked up by the carrier, you should receive a tracking notice with the details and tracking status of your order. You may check the tracking number periodically to see where your order currently is.
You may check your order status by logging into your What's Poppin' account and selecting "My Orders". Here, you will be able to check the status of your order, see tracking details and even have the option of repeating the order.
Every customer also receives an email confirmation of their order with tracking details. You may click the tracking to check where your order is currently.
